The article discusses an irrigation study dealing with the application conditions for preseeding processing of seeds of spring wheat and summer barley under various microbiological conditions. The effort was undertaken at the Near-Caspian research institute of arid agriculture. The paper presents the main results on the influence of microbiological preparations, with an assimilation device used on the summer grain crops. In reaching its conclusions, the research considered questions of change with respect to the area of leaves in the dynamics phases of development for plants, their photosynthetic potential and the net productivity of the photosynthetic process. According to the critique, the analysis revealed positive data actions on the options of spring wheat and summer barley. Moreover, it also observed a positive change in the control option’s area of leaves, photosynthetic potential, productivity of dry biomass and net productivity of photosynthesis.
