The dynamics of behavior of prenatally stressed males of mongrel white rats at different stages of postanal ontogenesis (20 and 120 days) was studied. The following age-related features were revealed: in immature male rats, the research activity associated, probably, with hyperactivity, significantly increases. With age, the indicators characterizing the research behavior of animals almost completely return to the levels of the control group. Immature males, compared with adult animals, demonstrate a higher level of anxiety, fear of a new test environment, the level of coordination disorders. Thus, the vast majority of indicators of research and anxiety behavior in prenatal-trained male rats with age there is compensation and a return to the indicators of intact animals. At the same time, the anxiolytic effects of prenatal stress were characteristic of animals of both ages.
