In laboratory experiment, influence of different seed pelleting mass composition on toxicity of soil extracts from the zone near roots of sugar beet seedlings was studied. The laboratory experiment results showed the least toxic influence of soil extract on radish seedlings in the experiment variants No. 7 and 8 - with partial substitution of fungicides for bacterial suspension. In field experiment, dynamics of microorganisms’ development in the zone near sugar beet roots was revealed. It was determined that including the Bacillus subtilis 20 strain in seed pelleting mass led to suppression of micromycete development in the zone near plant roots; by the end of vegetation, number of spore microorganisms themselves did not exceed a natural background in control. It was determined that substances secreted by the Bacillus subtilis 20 strain into soil and having growth-stimulating effect promoted increase of crop yield. In the variants No. 6, 7 and 8, with partial substitution of fungicides for bacterial suspension of Bacillus subtilis 20 strain, increase of the RMS-120 hybrid yield by 0.93-1.95 ton/ha was noted.
