The influence of remontnenskiy mineral water to the homeostasis of the gastric mucosa of rats under modeling of acetate ulcer

The physical and chemical composition of drinking mineral water of the Remontnensky field is studied. On the basis of the analysis it is shown that the mineral source has a chloride-sulfate-calcium-sodium-magnesium composition having an acidic reaction of the medium (pH=3.87). The research of the protective and therapeutic properties of this mineral water on the acetate model of ulceration is carried out. It was shown that this mineral water in 0.9% dilution with their prophylactic use within 7 days before the experiment and during the first 4 days after the application of glacial acetic acid to the serous surface of the pyloric stomach significantly reduced the area of ulcerative defects. Thus, the mineral water of the Remontnensky Deposit prevents the significant development of acetate ulcers, which is probably due to its influence on the rate and degree of inflammation in the area of ulcerative defect.
