In the reclaimed area of the Volga delta there were conducted studies to determine the agrotechnical measures for the preparation of soil in a paddy-field as a rest of fish-rearing pond, parameters of soil fertility, weediness, yield capacity of vegetables and melons cultivated on the pond bed under recultivation of fallow reclaimed lands.
