Features of rhythmic activity of the proteins of blood plasma at experimental animals

The features of rhythmic activity of protein synthesis in the blood plasma of old animals rats in normal, chronic intoxication and the introduction of antioxidants. In the course of the experiment compared the activity of total protein synthesis, albumin and globulins of blood plasma. We identified fluctuations total protein, albumin and globulin can be characterized as ultradian with periods of 20 to 30 minutes. Under experimental conditions, the most expressed changes in the rhythmic oscillations of the synthesis of plasma proteins account with toxic effects in old animals.
