Peculiarities of the thymus accidental involution under plumbum acetate-containing ration at experiment

Thymus is the central immune organ, participating in the antigen-independent T-lymphocyte differentiation processes. The T- precursors cells of III grade and T-blast cells migrate into thymus as well as they display the receptors to thymus hormones - thymosine, thymus serum factor and other peptides. The thymus function is closely connected with the central immune and endocrine organs (born marrow, hypothalamus). They are responsible for immune response regulating.The reliable experimental data from 40 white rats of juvenile age in the articleare presented. The histology, histo-chemical and micro- morphometrical analysis of the thymus were realized under introduction the plumbum acetate certain concentration in the white rat ration during 10 days. Plumbum acetate is a strong immunologic toxin. We obtained the peculiarities of the thymus accidential involution in developing stages under plumbum acetate toxic influence. The capillary system, macrophage and must cells reactions of the cortical portion in the thymus lobules were especially clear expressed. The thymus accidental involution under plumbum acetate toxic influence may be reason immunological deficit.
