The morphogenesis of tissues of the asia minor frog ( Boulenger) in the condition of changed magnetic field

Morphological studies of newly hatched tadpoles control ones exposed to an artificially minimized magnetic field were 2.25 times weaker than the magnetic field present at the site of the experiment and under conditions of the constant low intensity hypermagnetic field (8mTl). This effect carried out during period of the relative origin of the Asia Minor frog from the zygote stage to the time of the exit of the case of development of tadepoles in constant hypermagnetic field, one can note a greater occurrence of anomalies in the development of their internal sensory organs. Finds of a sharply enlarged liver are common. If the tadpoles developed under conditions of a constant low intensity hypermagnetic field histological studies revealed anomalies in the structures of the head, jaw and liver. Studies of the topography of surface of the studied objects were carried out using the method of atomic force microscopy, on the "Integra-Aura" installation. The results obtained from the scan showed changes in the relief of the surface of the epithelium of the dermis. In the first experiment in hypomagnetic conditions, the surface of epithelium is smoothened in comparison with the control, in the second experiment in the hypermagnetic field of weak intensity the ordering of relief of the epithelial cells is disturbed.
